A competition about Naruto in Zawiercie

On 15th February we had a competition about Naruto.  It was organised by students. The participants had to answer many questions and did special exercises too, like: to draw something (Tobi's mask, Sasuke's Sharingan etc.).

All activities had a lot of details and only students who have big knowledge could know the majority of answers. There was a lot of emotions and all the participants had a lot of fun. Each participant had three chances. They lost one of them when they didn't know the correct answer. The leader of the game was Bartek, who was an expert of that topic and he prepared all the questions for this contest.

The competition won Agnieszka who got Naruto vol. 52.

Nendroids in Zawiercie

I think you don’t know what a “nendroid” means. It’s the name of Japanese figures – the  characters from anime. They are beautiful.

These small figures have movable parts. You can change face, hands, hair and more. It is great! You can have great time with your "nendroid" and have a lot of fun.

Valentine's Day in Zawiercie and in Japan

In our country we celebrate the Saint Valentine’s Day. It’s on 14th of February. In our school students make cards, write poems and give small gifts. Most of them want to be anonymous, so we have school Valentine’s post office. Everybody can send something to a person whom he loves or likes.

In Japan it’s a popular fest too. Japanese girls give handmade chocolates, cakes and sweets to boys. There are two types of these chocolates: giri-choko, which are given from the duty and “honmei-choko" - for beloved.
